All our transactions are conducted using Paypal and Stripe as the payment gateway. We do not process or store any credit card numbers on our website or our computer. We do not take credit card numbers over the phone.
During checkout, you will be sent to Paypal/Netvistatech (Stripe) to securely process your credit card payment. You don't need to have a Paypal account in order to process your transaction, but having a Paypal account will help track your purchases here and at the millions of merchants that accept Paypal, including eBay, Amazon, Walmart. Stripe takes credit card numbers directly from you.

Our digital patterns are for home use only and cannot be used for commercial or manufacturing purposes.
Non-custom made Clothing Items
Items tagged as "Sale" items or sold with a Sale coupon code are sold "as is" without any returns, refunds or exchanges.
You can exchange clothing (unworn in NEW condition in its original packaging) with a similar product of equal value. You are responsible for all return and exchange shipping. Please contact us within 3 days after the receipt of your merchandise to initate an exchange. It is recommended that you purchase delivery confirmation for both return and exchange shipping to make sure that the merchandise to be exchanged reaches us and the exchanged merchandise reaches you.
Custom made-to-order purchases are not refundable.
Digital Sewing Patterns
Because our sewing patterns are provided as digital downloads and are not tangible items, they are neither refundable nor returnable.
Our books when purchased as pre-buy at a special discounted price are not refundable. When sold at their retail pricing, they can be returned in NEW and ORIGINAL condition with a 15% restocking fee. Buyer pays return shipping.
Domestic USPS shipping is provided by USPS for first class, Priority and Express Mail.
We do ship items internationally through the US Postal Service via Priority Mail International (6-10 business days, trackable, no signature required) or Priority Mail Express International (3-5 business days, trackable and signed at destination). The cost of shipping and handling does not include any customs fee that may be imposed by the destination country. The client is responsible for paying any customs fee on the merchandise.
