A very uplifting, straight to the point, educational and entertaining, 3-part video series by Rabbanit Kochava Yitzchak at the Sephardic Congregation of Evanston, Illinois.
Part 1 of 3 introduces the mitzvah of tznius from the very beginning when Hashem formed Chava, the first woman, from Adam HaRishon (the first man). This shiur goes to the sources in the Torah and Midrashim and connects the power of the woman to bringing Hashem's presence and berachos to her home and world.
Part 2 of 3 presents the laws of Tznius according to Das Moshe (the basic minimum required to observe modesty as passed down to Moshe Rabbeinu from Hashem and maintained in the Oral Torah, documented in the Talmud), and Yeshayahu's mussar to the daughters of Tzion (Jewish women and girls) during the time of the First Bais HaMikdash before her destruction, and how they pertain to our situation today.
Part 3 of 3 presents the laws of Tznius according to Das Moshe pertaining to head coverings for women.
