Returns & Refunds Policy

Everything is handmade and sold “as is” in this store and we do not accept returns, and we also do not issue refunds. This applies to everything in the store for ready-to-sell and custom made-to-order items.  Due to the nature of handcrafted work small imperfections are normal and should not be considered defects.

We try our best to describe each item accurately. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ask questions about a particular item before committing to purchase it.  That includes various measurements for a hair covering or dickey or any other garment we have for sale.  In general, our hair coverings fit an average head circumference of 22-inches and our dickeys an average neck girth of 14-inches.  We accept custom orders for hair coverings and dickeys from our clientele as well.  Simply contact us for a quote.

In the case where we shipped you the wrong item, we will ship you the correct item at our expense after we receive the wrong item back. Buyer is responsible for return shipping of the wrong item in its original, new and unworn condition.

Payment Processing

All our transactions are conducted using Paypal and Stripe as the payment gateway. We do not process or store any credit card numbers on our website or our computer. We do not take credit card numbers over the phone.

If you choose Paypal during checkout, you will be sent to to securely process your credit card payment. You don’t need to have a Paypal account in order to process your transaction, but having a Paypal account will help track your purchases here and at the millions of merchants that accept Paypal, including eBay, Amazon, Walmart.  If you choose Stripe, you will be able to enter your credit card numbers directly from our site through a secure SSL connection.

Please note our Holiday Hours . We try our best to keep our website open with just a product catalog view during our observed holidays.  Orders created just before a holiday commence may be processed after the holiday. Thank you.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic USPS shipping is provided by USPS for First Class and Priority Mail.

International Shipping

International USPS shipping for both Parcel and Priority Mail is provided.

Points & Rewards System

Earn points for most products in this store.  Each $1 you spend earns you 1 point.  For example, when you accumulate 100 points, you can redeem it for $5 in your next order.  However, you can redeem your points at any time even if they are less than 100.  You can apply your points in your next purchase.
